When a raid lineup is set, some signups will be marked as Approved, some on the Waitlist, and some Denied. First invites will go out 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Approved raiders are expected to be online, in the raid group and ready to go at least 15 minutes before start. Late raiders will be replaced at 10 minutes prior to start time. For more information, read the information posted in the FAQ section.

If you will be unable to make a run that you had signed up for and were approved (or even on waitlist), please retract on the calendar AND add a post to the lineup post in the forums.

Please be sure to trade phone numbers or email addresses with other members to ensure you have a way of getting a message to us in the event something comes up in your real life.

People who are habitually late for raids or no-show after being approved may be wait listed or denied raiding privileges for a period of time. Remember, being late or not showing up affects the other people who were there on time. Please be respectful of them and do what you can to let us know if something happens that will affect your ability to be there.
